Shipping Charges: Bold & Bae is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before completing the purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time: We understand the eagerness to receive your order, and therefore, we strive to dispatch the majority of orders from our warehouse within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please note that the delivery time frame may vary based on your location, as well as the destination country for international orders. To obtain an estimate of the delivery time for your order, please refer to the 'Estimate Delivery' widget provided on our product pages.

To comply with customs regulations, we are required to provide certain information about your order, including the product details and value.

Missing Items in Shipment: Although it is highly unusual for items to be missing from our shipments due to our stringent product packing processes, we acknowledge that errors can occur. If you discover any missing items, please verify if you have been charged for them by referring to the enclosed invoice. Important:

In the rare event that we are unable to deliver a specific item in your order, you will not be charged for that item in the case of Cash on Delivery payment. For online payments, the full amount charged for the missing item will be promptly refunded to you.
Should any unforeseen circumstances prevent us from shipping your complete order within 15 working days, we will cancel the remaining unshipped portion and notify you promptly via email. In such cases, any payment made for the unshipped items will be refunded to your preferred payment method. If you suspect that the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, we kindly request you to refuse delivery and immediately contact our Customer Care team.
